Care Giver and Care Provider Policy

Vistacasahealth is an intermediatory service provider which use 3rd party for person's medical, police and other checks, in no way you can hold vitacasahealth to be responsible in case of any theft, crime, mishap and any other situation. VitaCasa does not take any responsibility of any situation and request you to use our services at your discriminations. We also advertise you to do your own verification and keep our staff under your supervision for the best outcome.

Home Visit Policy & Liability Disclaimer

Applies to: All care staff employed or contracted by Vitacasa Health and all clients receiving in-home care services.

 

1. Purpose

To ensure safety, transparency, and legal clarity during home care visits by Vitacasa Health personnel, and to protect both the company and its staff from disputes, false allegations, or liability for third-party actions.

 

2. Scope of Care Provider Conduct

Care providers must:

  • Carry valid Vitacasa ID during all visits.

  • Maintain professional behavior and follow approved care tasks only.

  • Never accept cash, gifts, or valuables unless pre-approved by Vitacasa management.

  • Should not enter in any work or service agreement directly with the caretaker otherwise they would be blacklisted in our records for any future work through us.
     

 

3. Client Home Environment Requirements

Clients must:

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for the care provider.
     

  • Avoid leaving cash, valuables, or sensitive documents in open view during visits.
     

  • Inform Vitacasa if there are CCTV recordings or any restricted areas.
     

  • Provide clear instructions for medications, devices, or access (e.g., keys, passwords).

  • Should not enter in any work or service agreement directly with the care providers this is considered a breach of our policy.
     

 

4. Liability Disclaimer

Vitacasa Health:

  • Is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of money, jewelry, life, or property unless proven beyond doubt to be caused by a registered staff member during duty hours.
     

  • Is not liable for personal disputes between clients and care providers.
     

  • Reserves the right to cooperate fully with police investigations and provide staff details if legal action is taken.
     

 

5. Dispute Resolution Protocol

If a dispute or allegation arises:

  • The client must report the issue within 12 hours to Vitacasa’s grievance cell.
     

  • Vitacasa will conduct an internal investigation and may suspend the caregiver temporarily.

 

6. CCTV and Surveillance

  • Clients are encouraged to use CCTV during visits.
     

  • Vitacasa Health respects privacy laws and expects clients to inform if surveillance is in place.
     

  • Hidden cameras are not permitted and may breach privacy laws; use must be disclosed.
     

 

7. Staff Vetting Assurance

All Vitacasa care providers undergo:

  • Verified police background checks
     

  • Medical screening
     

  • In-person interview and behavior assessment
     

 

8. Insurance & Indemnity

  • Care staff may be covered under third-party professional liability insurance, but clients are advised to secure home insurance to cover valuables.
     

  • Vitacasa Health is indemnified from claims arising from unreported valuables or misuse of private space unless direct, documented evidence exists.
